| AES is providing Construction Management and QA Services for the removal and replacement of the existing 100-foot long truck scales with 70-foot long truck scales, modification of approach aprons, and construction of miscellaneous civil improvements within the existing maintenance area at the Frank R. Bowerman Landfill including upgrading the fuel storage area, asphalt concrete pavement and various drainage improvements. |
